I will work with you as a therapist to help you best assess your therapy needs and then work collaboratively with you to best meet those needs. I find that people have their own inner strength to work through problems and find needed solutions to issues they are facing in their lives. I will work with you to help uncover those strengths and add the needed resources to your current strengths, that will allow you to move forward positively in your life.


Couples/Marriage Counselling

Many people take care of things such as their car, house and physical health on a regular basis. However neglect such important aspects of their live like their couple relationship and mental health. In particular as life gets busy the couple relationship takes a back seat to other concerns in their live. However research has found that if individuals are struggling in their intimate relationship then many aspects of their life can suffer including physical health and mental health. When was the last time you had a couple’s relationship check-up/tune-up. If you are struggling then ccouples counselling can help! I help couples work on rebuilding and strengthen their relationship using a variety of proven approaches including, but not limited to the use of Gottman method couples therapy, solution focused approach, cognitive behavioural techniques.
